1) Continue to aggressively pursue increased commercial density downtown and develop a meaningful long-term downtown parking plan.
2) Identify appropriate sites for transit-oriented, mixed-use development in northern Carrboro and establish appropriate zoning.
3) Foster a strong, sustainable economy by supporting entrepreneurship, business alliances and a “think local first” economic development strategy.
