1) Work with business owners to identify and address obstacles to their success.
2) Fill downtown Carrboro vacancies. Identify appropriate sites along transportation corridors for commercial development that fits the character of the community. Advocate for commercial developments along the Eubanks Road gateway to northern and central Carrboro.
3) Work to establish a trolley along Franklin to the Carrboro Farmer’s Market. Market it as a full day of fun with shopping, museum and restaurant discounts.
