To make Chapel Hill a better place to start and grow a business we must provide affordable space. Based on my experience, low cost space is a fundamental requirement for early stage companies. Unfortunately there is very little low cost space in Chapel Hill. The best place to provide a nurturing environment for small innovative start ups is downtown. We need to look for every way possible create affordable, usable office space downtown.
