1.) Fiscal responsibility; we need to make better choices in how we spend the citizens hard earned money. There is a disproportionate reliance on individuals vs. a commercial tax base.
2.) Working closely with University to ensure that Chapel Hill continues to be a worldwide leader in education and research.
