1. Encourage mixed use development (higher office/commercial percentages than typical) along major transportation corridors.
2. Support our EDD Dwight Bassett in his efforts to recruit new businesses, to the extent of adding staff if necessary.
3. Expand offering small business loans for businesses to use in start up for the Downtown location.
