Would support immediate implementation of the CH Economic Development Plan to the greatest extent possible, especially increasing non-residential tax base consistent with Comprehensive Plan.

Would support development of at least one incubator facility in which local small businesses could grow themselves for 1-2 years with reasonable rents and access to other resources.

Would work to get Council to dedicate permanently all funds collected for locally-required privilege licenses to the Town’s Economic Development Office.
