The new Economic Development Officer gives us a chance to welcome businesses before we regulate them. I am hopeful this will go a long way toward improving perceptions about doing business in Chapel Hill. Businesses seek vibrant, healthy communities for their employees--and we must keep Chapel Hill just that.
