• Chamber Hosts 2014 Orange County Development Briefing

    Chapel Hill, NC – The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce will host the Orange County Development Briefing, 7:30-9:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 23 at The Top of the Hill’s Great Room in Chapel Hill.  Commercial and residential real estate professionals, planners and economic developers will present the latest trends about the local markets, new economic development initiatives, and the status of approved projects in Orange County and their municipalities at the event. 
     
    Invited speakers include Mark Zimmerman, broker in charge at RE/MAX Winning Edge; Dwight Bassett, economic development officer for the Town of Chapel Hill; Jack Smyre of The Design Response; Jay Patel of Wintergreen Hospitality; Lee Perry of East West Partners; and many others.
