Conference & Meeting Room Space Available

The Louise Beck Properties Conference Room is a versatile meeting space available for rent. It seats 30 in a classroom or boardroom-style setup. Amenities include: two 70” LCD displays, HDMI and wireless connections for presentations, Wi-Fi access, whiteboards, private restroom, sink, small refrigerator, and coffee maker and mugs.
The room is available to Chamber members for $25/hour; to non-profit members for $20/hour (3 free uses per year then the fee applies); and to non-members for $50/hour. We also offer before- and after-hours access to officially recognized and insured organizations. Please read and return a signed version of the Conference Room Use Guidelines in advance of booking.
There is also a small conference room meeting space available for complimentary booking by Chamber members for up to 8 hours per week. It seats up to 6 guests comfortably with Wi-Fi access, whiteboard, and large screen available for presentations.
