Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to start Mid-May
– Local Chamber of Commerce needs office manager to
run front desk, answer phones, manage calendars, and meeting
spaces. Job includes greeting and offering assistance to visitors,
members of the community and Chamber members, assisting staff
with mailings and events. Position is also executive assistant
to CEO. Computer and organization skills a must. Flexibility
and poise needed.
Flex time Bookkeeper to start July 1st –send
invoices, post payments, update member data base, maintain
multiple bank accounts. Accounting skills, Quickbooks, Excel.
